This exhibit reveals a side of Ruth Graham that many may not know about — her missionary heart. It emphasizes the various outreaches Mrs. Graham was involved with throughout her life, as well as personal stories of how what she did impacted the lives of others. We highlight her interest in missionaries, prisoners, young people, and more.
Guests can see handwritten entries from her journals, newspaper clippings, awards and first-hand accounts of how she impacted the lives of those she met.
"She couldn't go to Tibet, so she endeavored to help people by her written word and by love and action behind the scenes." —Karlene Shea, wife of George Beverly Shea
"She delighted in doing things that you never heard about; cooking for a sick neighbor, teaching Sunday School, and visiting the jail. She treated everyone the way Jesus showed us." —Franklin Graham
