The Billy Graham Library will host its fifth annual Teddy Bear Tea on Dec. 1 for boys and girls ages 5 and up.
“This event always sells out,” Library promotions manager Sonya Johnson said.
The event features live entertainment, including music from a local children’s choir, and plenty of holiday goodies. As always, the event will focus on the real reason for Christmas.
“It’s all to bring glory to the Lord,” Johnson said. The theme this year centers around the fact that Jesus Christ is for everyone, regardless of age, language or country.
About 200 children dressed up to attend last year’s event. Each child completed a craft and received a plush doll to take home.
The Teddy Bear Tea will be held from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. This event is sold out.
